Heard this so often. Why do they always 'phone everyone back', I wonder? Is/are the know-it-all(s) busy and they have to wait for him/her? Is it because they need to contact someone at IS? Or what?
 
We are currently experiencing issues in the East (KZN and surrounds).

Engineers are investigating the root cause, and are addressing the issue currently.

We apologise for the inconvenience.
 
Does my Gold Orange account have Gaming priority 24/7 like the Gold power?
 
yes it should,gold orange have everything that power have but orange just do all that better :)
 
Cableguy, whats being done about daytime browsing speeds? Once again, today, unusable from the morning until sometime after 17:00. But a capped Afrihost account works fine, all day.

See below for tests on Afrihost v OpenWeb. Afrihost was done just before 17:00, OpenWeb just after 17:00 (note: the OpenWeb test took about 10 minutes to complete!)

If you ever had problems, you would probably understand. But you're one of the lucky ones.

I might as well be asking, why are you here when people are posting about consistently recurring problems experienced by a large proportion of OpenWeb clients, unrelated to their equipment/Telkom?

You've been subscribed to this thread longer than me, and you cannot tell me that you don't know what I'm talking about.

Do you not feel for them? I do.
