Well ... I have a problem.
My account stopped authenticating when I woke up on the 1 March 2014. I submitted a ticket and as per previous occasions I received a new account. This has happened to me a few times in the last year or so that I have been an OW client.
I have tried out the various networks (routing) previously -

[email protected] and
[email protected] and the one that works best for me is the
[email protected]. So, I asked if I was to be issued with a new account to please give me one with a
[email protected].
I was issued with a
[email protected], and the account is simply terrible. Youtube is buffering. I tested with a few torrents last night, and none of them finished downloading by this morning. Download speeds were around 50KB/s.

Mr Beep, if I can't be issued with an account that worked similar to my previous one, then please let me know today as I would have to cancel. I sent a few emails to Leon last night and I see that some of these did not go through, simply because of a lost connection.
