Nah, if you think KALSTER is bad you've never been in contact with ijack or cableguy back in their heyday.

ijack once attacked me because I asked whether I get access to the Openweb CP on a promotional account. Note: asked, not demanded, not said that I should or anything of the like. Just asked whether I get access.
 
We used to be the regulars on here back then.

I never ever thought I would end up being a rep. When I received the offer to join the team I could not resist. OpenWeb is a great dynamic company.

Hi guys. I've tried solving this on my own. Restarted my router twice, restarted my computer, twice, but still cannot access gmail today. On all my devices I can connect to the internet, and get to all the sites I usually use, but my browser get's stuck at accounts.google.com. Even on my android phone. When I disconnect form my network, using the phone's 3G network, I can access gmail. Any ideas what I can do next?

Maybe someone here can help.

I am experiencing a strange DNS problem where some pages load and others do not.

Eg Gmail loads but Facebook does not.

I have my dns set to default.

Any advice?

Restarted router and all wireless AP's (if you are on wireless) and restart pc. If still same problem flush your dns. ipconfig/flushdns in command prompt

Use Google DNS?

Ok, im back on.

I can now access Gmail and Facebook but not youtube.

This is driving me nutz
 
I recently got a new account, which was working great for a week or so. But back to the usual borderline unusable during the day. Hoping this might make at least Gmail work decently.

2. Why a new account was given, when it was a password change which was asked for?
 
Mr. Beep, have you guys recently changed any of your protocols that affect Hearthstone? I have recently started getting bad lag in the game but I am trying to figure out if it's Blizzard or ISP related.

No protocol or shaping changes have been made.

Can you please email us a tracert to the server you are experiencing issues on so that we can do some tests on our side.

Why are there two sessions on one account from two locations on other sides of the country?

EDIT: Before you answer with THIRD PARTY blah blah blah, those numbers are straight from the source (IS) - actual ESR's

Only data gathered from the OpenWeb control panel can be considered.

As we do not log usage stats or session data on uncapped by default, you may see multiple sessions, extra usage or other information on tools other than the OpenWeb tool.

I believe MrBEEP checked the account and could only find one active ADSL line connected to it.

Please request the clients who wish to have usage stats activated to email [email protected] so that we can move them to an account that supports this.

Please add: We purchase capacity from our supplier, not per account. I am not sure what the individual that keeps posting the same questions agenda is, but I see no point for OpenWeb to 'share' accounts.
