Bad OW is bad...
Careful, that one is a trick. There is NO difference between those accounts except the price tag.
Openweb is a bad ISP and have even worse support. I just wasted my money on trying both those accounts and they are equally bad. Their quality is completely random, one second you are cruising, the next second you are back on dialup speed. VERY unreliable. Then try talk to a holier than thou stick up his ass support guy who won't even listen to you, when you are trying to talk to him. "Customer is always wrong, and they are all stupid" - OpenScam.
I haven't been one of those leave PC at home to torrent all day guy in a long time, I just want to come home and be able to stream a few episodes of series, play a game maybe, whatever. But this is a pipe dream, so I'm just going to use Capped unshaped, which is already looking better.
A Gold Account (R489 p/m) on a 4mbs line to USA (Where most of the internet resides) somehow gets between 800kbs and 2mbs.
Not really worth the money tbh, titan is exactly the same without the marketing crap stuck onto it.

Issues might be related to this:
Diablo, World of Warcraft, StarCraft and Hearthstone players may be impacted by high latency and disconnections during their gaming experience that are the result of a series of DDoS attacks on certain European online services. Although Blizzard’s infrastructure isn’t targeted, the disruption effects rippled and have been felt by a portion of our players’ population.
While we are closely monitoring the situation we wanted to thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Similar issues here, not getting any more than 200KB/s on my 4MB Gamer Kings account.
This is now another month where openweb have debited me without me having an account. I made a huge complaint about this last month and was promised it would be sorted out. Now that I have been debited again I contacted the person that said it will not go off and he is now making me out to be a liar when I infact have his emails stating it. He refuses to give me his direct number and the call centre tells me he is unavailable even though he sent me an email 5 minutes before I called. This is theft!
Kindly PM me your ticket number so that I can ask the accounting guys to have a look.
Why would someone who is not a client anymore, whom is still being billed, submit a support ticket? I think u need to save your companies image and take a more direct approach. As in PM him yourself and ask if you can get someone to call him.... Just a thought

I don't think there is a guarantee on P2P speeds no matter what line speed you have. How are normal http downloads, that would be a better gauge?
