OpenWeb ADSL Feedback Thread (Pt2)

Moaners will moan. Just get another ISP, see if you do any better and report back.

rakabos, I have an account that performs well most of the time, but there are undeniably massive issues at Openweb. Stop diminishing everyone else's issues because your account isn't giving you trouble.

And im tired of everyone complaining, next month same thing, complain. GO ELSEWHERE FFS. If they are that bad then why have the head ache of staying, just find another ISP. OW is clearly going downhill from the last pages of flaming but still people complain. Its clear, they suck, so move to another ISP. Thats all im saying.

Then don't read the goddamned thread? This is a feedback thread. You're complaining because people are giving feedback.

Browsing is absolutely TERRIBLE for the first time for me today.

Google Maps is virtually unusable.

My browsing was terrible this morning with sites timing out or pages not loading fully, but it came right at about 10AM. I think there might be a big general issue somewhere.

Do you always resort to name calling and insults when you cant win an argument???!?!?!?!

Like ive said, you see the same people complaining periodically with threats to leave and this and that. And guess what they come back.

Trust me ive experienced the same ***** everyone has on this thread, no usability in daytime, new account names etc.

I simply don't understand why it irritates you so much that people are using the thread for its intended purpose. Whether someone has been complaining for a few days or a few years is completely irrelevant. They're complaining about poor service in a feedback thread. If you don't like it, tough titties. You don't get to dictate when people may or may not use the thread for its intended purpose.

Where did he insult you and call you names? He said you "come across as" not "you are a....." I didn't threaten to leave, I did... my cancellation reference number is here at hand.
I am signed up with a new ISP I just have to make a payment which I will try and do tomorrow.

Furthermore, some people battle you know, its hard to go elsewhere and to have to scrape another R200 out of thin air per month. Lots of people went to OW because it was cheap.

You are quite right.

Unfortunately I am one of those who, due to financial constraints, has to wait until the end of my notice period before I can change ISP's so, even though it seems to irritate certain members, I will continue to complain as long as I do not receive the service for which I have been paying.

Beurt internet klink na 'n goeie idee. Dink maar ek sal 'n plan moet maak om beter internet te hê vir die dae wat ek af is.......
