Hi guys

Another full month and no feedback. I feel like i am pulling teeth. Looks like IS hiding behind a confidentiality clause which seems to be rock solid, looking for other channels. I still need to respond to Athol at OW and i dont seem to be winning with any other providers either.

Never thought it would be this hard to get the facts on the table........very disheartening.

Surprise...no internet today. OW decided to cancel a month ahead of schedule...

I cancelled. Received confirmation last payment will be 1 June. They debited my account.

I mailed them today with all the reference numbers and mails. And they banned me on their facebook page.

Go to your bank and have the debit order reversed. That will spark OpenWeb into action very quickly. Take a printout of the email confirming the last debit order is on 1 June, just in case.

This is why debit orders are from the devil. Way too easy for companies to abuse them.
