Can someone tell me if this is a telkom or ISP problem?

^I did, it says line is fine. I just wanted to confirm or try to get an explanation why it is an ISP problem.

Line looks fine. Try pinging the second hop constantly:

ping 196.210.147.1 -t

Check for inconsistent responses. They should be consistently in the range of ±10 - ±20ms.

Cancelled with openpoop and now I cant reply to their msgs om fb. Think they blocked me.

I cancelled my account though and they still had the nerve to charge me after everything.

In search of a new isp. Might go afrihost capped. Meh

Well done.

WebAfrica capped is better if in the Cape. Too many capacity issues on Afrihost.

OpenWeb redeemed themselves by issuing the refund tonight. Thank you OpenWeb for the prompt response.

Perhaps they're scared someone reports them to SAGEPay for debit-order fraud :D
 
Cancelled last month so thankfully am free of OW now.
