I Have been very nice but its time to name and shame for poor quality and poor service not to mention they cant fix their issue See below my issue:

I have never had such hassles with an ADSL account before I decided to use OpenWeb ADSL.
I made a little comment on their facebook page about their uncapped/unshaped "gaming" account isnt really unshaped. This got me barred from their facebook page instead of directly approaching me they have stirred a hornets nest now.
I was around for the start of openweb when Keoma/Mr Beep was doing radio back in 2002/3 I tested accounts and helped where I could..... however this is the pits... I have since cancelled my services with them and suggest anyone that thinks openweb gaming account is unshaped you are fooling yourself big time, speeds slower than 192k adsl during the day and at night don't even try use the browser they have shaped my ports so badly i cant even use the internet properly.
Poor customer satisfaction coupled with poor services and the fact they cant get it right.

Just so you all know I have done my tests using an axxess account I am currently using and it flies!
PS don't bother with Speedtest.net as openweb have that port unshaped it seems. This isnt something that customers will appriciate that when they run a test its smooth and shows its working however if you know how to test for port shaping then your eyes will open nice and wide.

Tired of back and forth with their support for the last 6 months I have since cancelled my services with them but am still angry with the fact that they tried to blatantly sell a package that isn't what it says it is. Hope others can use this information and not fall into the trap that is false advertising.

Yep, I also once complained about service on Facebook. No response, just an immediate ban.

Any recommendations for a properly unshaped account from a ISP that is worthy? Used for Gaming on US servers so ideally something that has true uncapped unshaped potential.

In my biased opinion, give Crystalweb a try. I've been with them for a long time now and have had excellent service from them.

Other than that, Vox.

At this point im willing to try any isp to see what is really the deal.

Crystal Web Home Premium is properly unshaped. Can't recommend enough. I'm going to LTE now but I'll have to see how it works for gaming.

Anyone who uses OpenWeb must just suffer... so many warnings have been issued - it's not a joke... THEY are a joke - how they've managed to stay 'open' this long is beyond me.

Perhaps a report to the ISP authority..... Out of curiosity has anyone reported an isp before and knows the process?
