Openweb being terrible for anyone else today?

I've been with OW for a week and haven't had problems until today. All the video/stream websites like youtube, azubu and twitch don't load, some other normal ones inclduing this one. All other websites take a while to load. It's so terrible. I'm on a free account atm so I know it's ow.

We use to have a unshaped uncapped adsl business account from them and had to request a new account every week as the current account been throttled to death.

Most likely you were the first user on that account then a week later it's shared with someone else. Complaining will get you a new account shared with someone less data hungry.
