Today I signed up for a 50GB capped Openweb unshaped account here

The speeds that I am getting on a 4Mb line are absolutely horrible.

Local:
Test conducted on Mon Aug 27 2012 15:11:27 GMT+0200 (South Africa Standard Time)

Download Speed: 610 kbps (76.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 426 kbps (53.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 58 ms

International:
Test conducted on Mon Aug 27 2012 15:12:16 GMT+0200 (South Africa Standard Time)

Download Speed: 693 kbps (86.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 404 kbps (50.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 175 ms

Compared to any of my other accounts this is rubbish. I have opened a ticket and as yet have not had any response. (might be a bit soon) Posting this as a cautionary warning to people that are looking at these accounts.

I will try to keep this thread updated.

*edit
As comparisson I run my FNB account.

How is your account today? - and anything in particular you do to "fix" it? Today is my first day with a 100GB account and it is TERRIBLE. Took me over 20min just to open this page, speeds are horrible and only open half the pages and then stops. Never had any issues with Afrihost, cancelled with them as I have other accounts with Openweb which work perfectly so made sense to run them all with Openweb....not so sure that was such a good idea now?
