This is not normal. We do not even shape local unless it is totally necessary.

There is a fault at play here, and it has nothing to do with shaping.

Same thing every day, after hours and weekends are fine.

I've been a customer of OW for over 3 years, but I've had enough now.
Cancelled this morning, moving on.
