Any feedback on these "tests" accounts, if possible? How long does it last/let you surf for, and what's stopping a company from handing out an unshaped day-long account and package it as it is a true reflection of their "uncapped" package?

Not saying Openweb would do such a thing, of course, but just a possibility some ISP might.
