Home premium uncapped 10mbps is only as good as 2mbps during day time and less than 512 in the evening. Their new call center system (leave a message and we will get back to you) is useless, they come back to you via email and the problem is never resolved.
I am certain they mixed this user with the general uncapped pool, but since I can't speak to anyone at all, it will take them forever (or never) to establish this simple fact, I have checked for exchange congestion as well as use a telkom adsl account to test and got full line speed.
