So we recently purchased 2 x Full Access uncapped accounts from Openweb and they have been running great (clocked in just under 200gb's last month) and to my surprise yesterday they went...so i look for a phone number on the website, there is one but its constantly engaged...great...so I do the only thing I can do I sent and email to ever address on their website plus to Keoma. expecting to only have this resolved my the next day or something ridiculous.
I then got through to the "call centre" and the guy there told me to send my proof of payment straight to him and he'll sort it out, so I sent it to him and koema.
Not 15 mintues later both my accounts were up and running and will be signing a d/o from now on
