I usually get my email responds the same night, but I rarely need technical support.

I have always had an e-mail response within 24 hours

Har! they responded! They asked me to email them again in 2 hours time to remind them to do what I requested them to do 2 hours ago.

Keoma please supply me with your postal address, I will send you some string to tie around your fingers and toes to help you remind you of stuff that you have to do. This will save your customers some time.
