Openweb uncapped dead??

Is it just me reporting this or anyone else having the same problem??

It struggles to get a more then 300 bytes yes bytes!! on a standard http download???
 
Mailed him and he did say that IS are busy with "Upgrades" and that service will be disrupted for a bout a week or so.

I can handle upgrades and disruption. But downloading at 0 kb's is a non-service. Disruption is an understatement.

Anyhoo... Between my electricity going and my water... I guess Uncapped Accounts is not so bad. On that note I'd better go fill up buckets of water for tommorow. The water board deem it necessary to cut me off from 5am - 8pm everyday for the last 3 weeks.
 
Eish I always thought south africa would "improve" with the rest of the world...seems like we going backwards
 
if you guys are experiencing slow speeds, try www.openlabs.co.za - register and use the proxy!. Works fine for me, http's are timing out, but atleast the downloads are flying!.
 
Yup tried it... Got up to 2kb download speed on standard HTTP...
Everything else is non-responsive...
 
Anyone else picked up that openlabs has not been working for the last 2 weeks or so?

You gonna be re-enabling it MrBeep? Or are you stopping the service?
