OpenWeb Uncapped December Special!

My wish is that one day I could buy bandwidth from any ISP (or a special like this) and then use it via any medium, e.g. via my Telkom 3G link!

I hate to be the one to bring you into reality... but there are taps in your local township that are on 24 hours a day... in fact the handle is gone and there is no way to close it. Even worse, there are leaks in your suburban neighbourhood where millions of liters of water are wasted in a few days... more than I could ever use in a year.

There are farms where water is being pumped out of the ground 24/7 by windmill pumps... and the animals can't even drink all of it.

Even worse, there are run-offs and leaks in our rivers and dams where BILLIONS of liters of water are being wasted on a DAILY basis.

You think me leaving my garden tap on is going to affect that kind of wastage?

Get real and stop being such a airy fairy head in the clouds ignoramus.

Uncapped bandwidth is there to use for those who are willing to pay for it. Sure you little jealous whiners can b1tch and moan cos you can't afford it. You are right... that is your prerogative. But for those of us who can afford it and who make use of it we feel bugger all for your "fair use" and self-imposed restrictions.

Like I said before ... if you don't want the product don't buy it. But trying to rationalise that decision as a high and mighty moral decision is a bunch of stinky donkey pooh.

How did I change tack? I never said there was anything wrong with it. I pay for all the water, electricity and bandwidth that I use. And I make sure I use them wisely and to their maximum value. How I use them is my choice within the confines of economics and the law? So I ask you again... what is morally wrong with that? Do you have an answer or are you still confused?

My point was that it is rather idiotic to make assumptions about what others can and cannot afford. Just because we, rightfully, express our opinion that this is not the best offer ever, you choose to shoot us down!

I will refrain from conversing with you though as you are likely to just change your argument again or resort to name calling when someone expresses their opinion. It probably stems from your obvious sense of entitlement.

So let me get this straight. You guys all state your opinion, but when I choose to disagree with your opinion you tell me that I am restricting your freedom of speech. Then you tell me you that I am wrong for making judgment calls about people because in your judgment I have a sense of entitlement? is that about it? :D

I cannot see where I stated that you hurt my feelings! You asked me whether you had things right and I pointed out why you didn't.

No need to really respond as it has become quiet clear from your repeated attempts (You notice I said ATTEMPTS? This does not mean SUCCESS) to insult me that you have nothing more intelligent to say on the subject. But if you find it easier to speak in baby talk then by all means go ahead. I have a baby of my own so I am sure I'll be able to understand.

My English is just fine thanks. At least with those who know how to use it correctly ;)

It's OK, I can tell when I have stepped on somebody's toes. Don't worry, some of us have thicker skin than others and are quick to realise it is just a message board, nothing to really cry over. Honestly.

I'll remember your offer the next time I need to translate some baby talk though! :D Thanks.
