Openweb Uncapped Express- any good?

so we need an Uncapped account 4mb and the Openweb Uncapped Express looks the best. Anyone have experience with it? is it any good? worth the R1300 a month? do you have 99% up time? and how is openweb's support?

its similar... its only 192kb during the day as apposed to 256kb during day which I suppose doesnt make a difference.
