My account is dead again... looking at the stats, getting a max of 15KB/s since yesterday afternoon... *sigh*

Yip VB is dead for me still.....anyone else having issues? Its been running perfectly the whole month so far, just till yesterday and today.

Hi Nicko,

Have you contacted support regarding your problem?

If not, please email [email protected] with your MyADSL nickname and ADSL username so that we can investigate

The last couple of days have been absolute s&!t speeds. Torrents going a max 5kbps and browsing is almost non-existent throughout the day, while night, mid-day, mid-night, at 4am at 3am at 5am at 8pm...Think you get the point.

I am a Gold user and I honestly donno why I bother paying for this, can't understand how they offer these discounted Big Sales, when they can't even support their top level client.

Hmm...
My VB Gold is at it again - same issues as we had yesterday.
Speed sits at max, then suddenly it drops down to 0 for a while, then goes up again, then down. Already rebooted my router.

I am still experiencing extremely slow browsing speeds. Port 80 traffic only it seems, and mainly international. It only seems to come right after 10pm. FTP, RDP etc are still blazingly quick? Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

1mb Gold Plus (IS) was running at full speed by late last night.
But again 7am all dropped and only local browsing is work.
Seacom needs to be fixed ASAP.

My VB is back to full speed I am happy to report. NNTP and browsing is hundreds. All I need to do is slowly back away from the PC so that I don't do anything to cause it to slow down!

Ok so how would one know what backbone you on?

I have the OpenWeb 4Mbps uncapped Gold Account

The easiest way is to take a speedtest.net test.... It will say "BCSnet" or "Vodacom Business" or "Internet Solutions", etc.
