I cannot connect to any of my two accounts, keep on saying authentication error...

Try again in 10 minutes, it will take me around 10+ minutes everytime I restarted my router to authenticate. Same problem since the beginning of using Openweb uncapped.

I have tried multiple times... even switch from my trial account to my actual account, nothing. One more reason why I think Openweb is not for me...

Please remember, it is now OpenWeb whom manages these networks. Each provider manages their own network. It is our duty to find and report the faults that occurr.

For that, we need your assistance. We cannot actively monitor the forums 24 / 7, thus we ask clients to please use our support channels when problems occurr.

It is a bit difficult to email you when I have no connection. I was actually not aware that there are support available on a weekend.

Will buy a backup account for future. Email incoming.
 
I am so sick and tired of this ****. Really man. I am paying for 4mbit uncapped...not 512. If you can't give me 4mbit...then I might as well downgrade my line to 512 and sign up for a 512 account. If things don't look better by the 20th of May, I will revert back to having 2 Telkom accounts. Costs the same and I have my full line speed.

Not even this Gold network can do the job.
 
My speeds are also EXTREMELY slow this morning, couldn't even open mybroadband properly :(

Not a very happy camper.
 
Something is very wrong , on the same line where my capped account get full speed , my 384 gold uncapped account was sitting at 20kbps for a http download on sunday night..

Cant blame telkom for that when another account's speed is fine ...

(I use Download Them All , which makes more download threads , so its not a limitation from the server im downloading from)

What's up with IS/OW today? Getting my full line speed.. during office hours.. *scared look*

I *never* get more than 30-50KB/s during office hours. Ever.
 
Mr Beep is there no way to be able to let users reset their port via Openweb control panel instead of always nagging you via mail?

I asked this once too but he kinda side-stepped the question. To be frank, OW's control panel is a bit of a joke, one thing I loved about Afrihost was how professional and easy their Cpanel was.
 
Iv never had issues with the control panel just with the quality of this uncapped product.
Trying to stream a video is absolute torture even with youtube now being mirrored
