today and last night was horrible ! i mean i understand 50k or whatever during the day .. .but 20k downloading at 1 in the morning :/

To add insult to injury, I emailed Keoma to cancel my 4MB Uncapped account since I will be away the whole of June. He replies telling me I should have emailed him on the 1st of May to cancel for June. Which is when I STARTED with this account.

I don't see myself buying their products again anytime soon...

That's a bit annoying, to say the least. I was under the impression that you just had to cancel in a reasonable time-frame :/
 
bro everyone has one months notice ? what rock do you live under ?
 
It's one month notice on any account that goes on debit order. This is hardly an Openweb issue, since it's applied to other services as well. So yeah, if you want to cancel your service for the 1st of June, you gotta give them notice by/on the 1st of May.
 
You have until the 24th of each month to cancel with Afrihost. I must've grown somewhat complacent with that.

that was by credit card i assume :/

and afrihost have to be the worst ever anyway, took them 2 months to cancel a normal account, then they still billed me after it was cancelled :/
 
I emailed Keoma and he sorted me out with a new account. Apparently Telkom broke something somewhere....AGAIN. Drop him an email and he'll sort you out, chop chop :)

Running 4mbps ac but only geting 300kbps on local and interntional

is this normal?
 
Well I am also unable to connect, on a gold package, have sent an e-mail, waiting for a reply.

It's taking a while though...
