I have never in my life used a copy and paste response, unless I am sending you a network notice.

This is a reply that I got that led me to believe it is a copy and paste reply:

Hi "X"

Dear Wright Keoma
A nationwide transmission failure has occurred (19-05-2010), certain Clients may experience slight service degradation and slow throughput, engineers are currently attending and traffic has been rerouted.

Kind Regards,
Keoma Wright

If I am mistaken I do apologise. But this response on a direct mail to you seemed very generic.

Is the new Platinum product the anticipated product before end of the month or is there something else also coming?

Because it is a network notice.

IOW, you never replied to my email? :D You sent a network notice in reply of my direct question instead of reading my mail and replying.

Anycase, I don't think debating it will change anything. All I want is a service that is dependable with clear upfront communication when there is a problem.

You experienced a problem with speeds, and I responded with the network notice causing the speed problem.

If I missed a question other than one being speed related at that time, I apologize, and request that you resend it so that I can reply.

Just for everyones sake this was my question:

Hi Keoma,

I have the same experience as the other guys in that I don’t get close to my line speed with http. Currently the best I get on my 4MB line is 23kB/s with http downloads. Is there something I can do to improve this or is it inherent in the product?

Regards

You experienced a problem with speeds, and I responded with the network notice causing the speed problem.

If I missed a question other than one being speed related at that time, I apologize, and request that you resend it so that I can reply.

My problem is that it is everyday that I experience these speeds. Therefore a network notice on a current problem doesn't really address my issue

And I responded with the network notice causing the problem. I do not see how that is a problem. There was a national fault causing your slow speeds at that time, and I sent you the cause of the slow speeds. Please enlighten me if I did wrong so that I can apologize.

Just for everyones sake this was my question:

Then reply stating that 'Everyday I am experiencing a problem, thus your network notice does not address my issue.' I would then reply and troubleshoot.

Now that we have, after numerous posts, identified you are experiencing a problem, please email me your username so that I can troubleshoot.

You are truly an idiot my friend. Is your cocksize slightly bigger now that you have taken Mrbeep on publically!

Beeps, get rid of him. You dont need people like that. I am happy with my account and the network notices you send.

I actually did post a few days ago that I am experiencing problems and that I am not getting proper response. I didn't know that you were under the impression the whole time that I don't have speed issues.

Ag ou grootseun. Are you not reading anything? That is what MrBeep wants, he wants us to discuss it openly in order for him to show his commitment to the community.

Please lets not turn this thread into a bashing session. All I am interested in is resolving your problem PearlJam. Send your details through and I will move you to a different network.

Agreed, this is a place to voice our issues and discuss them, not flame people.

Sort of. The Gold Uncapped is the new network accounts on the new network. However, the idea was for the Standard Uncapped to also move to the new network, but it seems like this is going to be delayed by a few weeks.

Gold Uncapped - New Gold Network
Standard Uncapped - Standard New Network (different part of the new network. Gold will always be superior).

We dont want to get this wrong. We know Gold works well. I will feedback as soon as I know more.

However, we do have a few spaces on the new Standard network from 1 June. For clients that have really been suffering, they can mail us on the 25th of May and we will try our best to accomodate them from 1 June.

Just in case this question got lost in the rest of the discussion
