I'm subscribing to the R19 per gb package (5gb). I was sent a mail from OpenWeb with the IS news server address inside it when I signed up, yet I can't seem to connect through Grabit... socket error, connection refused, etc. Is this right?

lol, IS news server.... lol ! IS only works when it wants to. You'd be lucky to connect at all.

Mine is performing almost identically to yours, I was getting around 550KB/s last night.

i love vb gold uncapped. however there does seem to be a lot of intermittent problems on it at least once a month. thankfully not for long stretches. but it is a pattern starting to emerge.

Might be Telkom again... last time I got bad speeds I emailed Keoma and he said Telkom were busy with upgrades/maintenance.
