I see it says on the website: "Notice: There is currently a FIBRE cable break causing slow connectivity. Engineers are attending, ETA: 3 hours"
What time is the issue expected to be resolved?
I have PM'd you btw...Been on uncapped gold for 2 months. Last month and this month I have had the same problem. I reboot the router and cannot connect. Last month, I mailed Keoma and was sorted. Saturday, my speeds degraded to 13kbps. After rebooting my router, I cannot connect yet again. I mailed Keoma on Sunday and today, but no response... I have to rely on Telkom's 1GB offering to make do whenever this happens (so I can mail Keoma whenever the service is down). Please, Keoma... at least respond to my e-mails! Let me know that you are aware of the problem or let me know what you are doing to sort it out.
I have PM'd you btw...
My mail client received confirmation of my 3 e-mails being received by your mail server, so not sure waht is up with that. I have just sent you a second PM. Your service, when it works, is great, but when it does not, getting support is like pulling teeth! Support is one thing Openweb needs to sort out. THis is not the 1st time I have had to come to this forum to get a response. Most of my mails just seem to go astray. Yet one or two do get a response. It's not like I have the wrong mail address. I use the same mail address all the time. It's just that sometimes I get a response, while other times I don't, end up on this forum only to be told to PM you as you do not have any record of my e-mails. Weird stuff happening don;t you think?Hello,
I have gone through my mailbox, but cannot find a similar problem at all. I do not think your mail reached us.
Please PM me.

Have you tried [email protected] ? used that email address this evening and got a reply quite quickly.
Will try that... Even PM's did not work out... Thanks for at least an ounce of advice... even though you are not from Openweb. From the start, I have only been using [email protected] and struggle to get a response most of the time. Always get told that no mail was received. Sometimes PM's have worked...

Greetings guys.
I am on a bcs account at the moment. Am I the only one having very slow international speeds? Keoma also gave me an IS one to try. Also below 20 KB/s.
Anyone else having the same issues?
Hello,
I have posted a reply to your PM.
Your ADSL line loses sync often. Then, Telkom does not disconnect that lost session, and it stays active. Because you are on a 1 concurrent ADSL connection, you will then not be able to connect.
I have moved you to a network that has conquered this problem with Telkom.
You PM'd me with new account details. No mail... a PM! How is that for support?
That new account is the worst web experience ever. That is not a solution! Downloads from NNTP, Rapidshare, Megaupload etc. all crawl at 5-13kbps! (and timeout) Even Youtube buffers at 12 to 17 kbps. This is not going to work for me. Please find another solution, as this network is the worst ever. I may as well be on dial-up!
I PM'd and mailed you regarding this account's lack of performance. As of yet ... No reply!
I believe it is time for you to consider dedicated support staff with after hour support. Having to rely on MyBB PM's is not exactly professional. Not to mention the fact that it takes days to get to the bottom of a problem (also... not mentioning the Sorry, but I have no record of your PM / e-mail which has happened before). I mail people all day and every day. Everyone receives my e-mails... except ceo@openweb (did try admin@openweb too) hell, I even mailed you from my webmail account ... that never fails!
The problem is yours... a problem I am paying for. Please sort it out, or admit you do not have the capacity to provide the service you are advertising. As stated before... my frustration is a result of the poor support I am receiving and have received in the past from your PM system of support.
When Openweb works, it is cool. But run into a problem, and you are left high and dry! That is of course until you resort to posting on MyBB. Then all of the sudden it is: PM me your user name and I will look into the problem.
