We will then SMS you a solution.
 
While subxero is having problems I would just like to give credit where it is due: Keoma, in my case you have gone out of your way to help and assist. My problem is now something of the past. Thank you, much appreciated.

Openweb support is awesome Keoma always replies to whatever questions you may pose to him.I do think that Openweb should have a 24hr support system.
This has been the best month on openweb for me vb network rocks
keep up the good work Keoma and team
 
I must agree with the positive statements overall. Keoma always responds to mails very quickly. I haven't had an issue too big or too small. Much appreciated

+1. Openweb has been awesome. It's helped make me a better gamer, and i can spend more time with my family as i don't have to watch my downloads - "like a hawk" if it's cued, i know it's working. Thanks Keoma.
 
How badly are torrents shaped on 4MB gold? On Mweb I was getting ~50KB during the day shooting up to about 150-200 during the night before peaking at 400 after 12. Also latency to WoW, does anyone have feedback on this?

IS will probably be better than VB. I know on VB, the best i have done on Torrents, is 50kbs. On HTTP it's full speed.
 
I sent Keoma a mail earlier. Since yesterday morning my latency has been getting worse and worse. When I just tested again I got some packet loss as well. I'm on the IS backbone.

Anyone else experiencing bad latency with games like WoW?
 
So I want to sign up for the Gold uncapped package and I notice that the total billing amounts to the full price going off my credit card. So how would this work, will I need to pay the full price now and then again come the 27th of this month? Or will the payment on the 27th be lower? Paying the full price for less then half a month seems a bit silly.
