Currently looking at about ~30kb/s download speeds on international on a 4mb/s line. My usage for the month is only 30gb so I'm fairly sure I've not hit any shaping thresholds yet.

4mb uncapped lite account btw.

Engineers are attending.

Seems back up... running at between 200-250KB/s

My speeds are back down to below a 100KB/s - it took over 2min just to load this feedback page.

I had to load the speedtest page twice just to get it to load properly.

This now seems to be a pattern.

International was a bit better this morning, but xrapidx, I have been experiencing that same pattern of, account runs full speed, then slows down, picks up speed, slows down. Sometimes I have 4mb speed for 2-3 days non stop and then suddenly I just hit a speed bump and it slows down.
