I am sick and tired of this. I do not pay a premium to be uncertain about the speed I get. I have no indication if there is a vb problem. And Keoma has not replied to my email of the 24th.
I will allow Keoma one more chance to sort this. But I expect immediate right to cancel given the issues I have had since December.

Also been having problems with my 4M gold uncapped which seems to be limited to 512k max during the day. This includes pulling updates from the local Ubuntu update servers. Also failed during streaming our show last night. Not sure whats changed as it only seems to be problematic the past 2 months or so.
Are they using IS again as generally find there shaping to be quiet draconian and rather useless.
Having said this in the past this account was great and generally the service I've had from them has been good.
I have a new problem - my router keeps freezing![]()
Had that problem with my connexant. Got a Netgear, problem solved.
