Anyone experiencing the same issue on international as yesterday? According to my usage (whatever torrents I run I run at night) my usage seemed normal until 7am but I am only getting 13KBps on http on international now.

It appears so, my HTTP is back to normal right now (38KB/s). Not sure who/what the issue was. Thanks MrBEEP, will monitor the account and let you know if I have issues.

Decided to cancel my DSTV after the recent price increase.This is going to necessitate a move from capped to 4mb uncapped for obvious reasons.
I certainly will never do more than 150GB pm and this is mainly on newservers.
Openweb seems like the best uncapped option but based on my usage do I go for Uncapped Lite or Standard Uncapped?Would obviously like the gold uncapped but that is R200 MORE and not sure if this is necessary based on my usage.
Any input from the Openweb users is appreciated

I've used Uncapped lite and Gold before. Gold is amazing but comes at a price.
Uncapped lite, I will admit, is not for you if you intend to download. (384) would be in the region of 1GB per day maybe. It depends on the average of the userbase.
I would suggest that you use the regular shaped service.

hey man openweb is good choice, but i personally will not go for normal IS based account( lite and standard), it gets throttled pretty badly,after a certain amount.

Lite doesn't get throttled. It just gets deprioritized to ribbons.
I'm on the standard now, but can't comment as to it yet.
Gold, yes, is amazing, but for 150GB it would be a waste.

Hey all!
I joined Openweb since 1 March with a gold/unshapped/uncapped and im over the moon!
From SAOL's Seacom(admittedly high quality) backbone to Openweb Gold's IS backbone is like a night and day experience, especially since i don't get a daily usage email.
My pings are higher then SAOL but P2P(my intended purpose) is cruising nicely at 41k for the third day.
It is almost to good to be true so i have to ask if there any throttling on IS if you download to much on an unshaped/uncapped Gold account?
I promise im not being a download whore, i just lost all my karaoke CDG files and need them back for a gig next week.
This is why i ask.
