Openweb Uncapped Feedback

MyBB site just died for me also now for like 5 minutes - must be all the people logging in to see who broke the internet.

I was using my Afrihost account when it died, tried to connect to OpenWeb - no go, managed to get my Cybersmart account going though. Who would have thought.
 
Dunno eh... my SAIX & I.S accounts werent responding. SAIX responding now. Gonna switch back to I.S now.
 
OK, I take that back, WebAfrica is also giving problems.
Must be a general fault.
Own up... who was it?
 
My IS local traffic is working (OpenWeb 384k Gold Uncapped).

But international is completely down.
I find it kinda odd that openweb.co.za is also unreachable...
So is IS.co.za...

Hmmm...

My Cybersmart account is also the only one working at the moment.

^ Going via London and back - maybe thats why Cybersmart is working the best because it's bypassing something that is broken.

Ok now I'm getting weirded out.

I can't connect to Ventrilo.
I can't connect to WoW.
I can't connect to EVE.

Local websites are a mix of on or off.
International websites are a mix of on or off...

I can open steamgamesales.com, but not Microsoft.com.
I wish I could say that US works and EU doesn't, but that doesn't seem to be the 100% case either.

DANGIT FIX THE INTERNET!!!
... I was actually doing something rather important...
 
Frist time in 6 week I have a problem. Maybe the gov is shutting down the interwebz to keep everybody in the dark about something.

It was more than just OW that was down. Friends of nine on different IS accounts were in the same boat
 
It just appears as if IS doesn't run full speed on NNTP for me anymore, I'm only getting like 350-385kb/s max at the moment, and during business hours in the week it maxes out on 120kb/s :(

You may, once again, thank Telkom for the downtime experienced on most ADSL networks in the country.

They are truly, uniquely and originally pathetic.

So what actually happened last night? First time I have ever had an issue with Openweb. I had to use my free Afrihost account to browse last night.
 
Can anybody use any Google services? Can't get on to gmail and can't do a search in Google either. The site comes up but nothing happens whens I try and search.
