Looking at the state of this thread, I'm actually rather surprised that OpenWeb has customers. No offense, MrBeep, but every second person is having problems on a daily basis. I'm not sure if I've never noticed it before or what, but I can't remember the last time someone in here said their connection is working correctly.

Yes, but the problem is, you also see the same people having recurring issues week after week. That certainly doesn't bode well, and the fact that various users with the same configurations and problems experience the same problems.
It would be okay if people periodically experienced issues, but it's more like people experience issues, with little periodical times of their products working well. In my experience, I'm more often than not, not satisfied with my product, and count myself lucky the day it works at a passable level.
