Mr Beep I am downloading at 3.5KB/s on my afterhours uncapped.

*I know my line is connecting at 3Megs*

Please help

There is currently a fault causing issues.

Telco engineers are attending. I will post more info as I have it.

I had no idea there was a fault. Just downloaded Mass Effect off Steam at a constant 425Kb/s :D
 
Speeds seem to be back to normal.

Posted this earlier but looks like my post magically disappeared...
 
Tested this morning and still getting really good speed (390kb/s) on News servers. Http for some reason is running at 9kb/s.
 
Lol, it was tested separately. News server was not running when I tested HTTP :p

Starting? Its been painful being on IS the last 3 months. Shaping during the day has gotten worse and worse every month. Not being able to access most things during the day is really over doing the shaping.
 
I'm on GOLD IS and no issues for the last two months except that one friday night when everyone had issues.
