Expect my cancellation for services within 18 days if the overall situation does not rapidly improve.

No, you cannot have my account details just so you can tell me to switch off again for X amount of time.
Ever since your little "valued customer account upgrade" onto the @mynetwork.co.za extension, the entire scope of your service is absolute horse-****.

Shaping and restriction during business hours is now to the point where I can't do ANYTHING other than plain browsing anymore. If I wanted a surf-only account, I sure as hell would have signed up for one.

Fix.
Now.
Or Goodbye.

Cheers, the one thing about openweb they do not handle people like you very well and i would suggest they will be happy to see you go.

You have a problem but won't tell them who you are so they can help? :eek:
 
My account has been doing ok since switching back to VB on Friday :) I haven't downloaded much - but added somethnig this morning and its sitting at a respectable 200-240 during office hours. Glad its back to normal, holding thumbs it stays that way.

My timer thingy doesn't seem to be working - its been plugged in since I bought it and the LCD still hasn't come on... joy.

Yeah, because my idea of "help" is totally to tell me (again, for the seven-hundredth time) to switch off my router for 30 minutes. Only to have the problem not go away. Not even for 5 minutes.
And yet that is the ONLY SUPPORT I have EVER gotten from any attempts. Fun!

Well for starters you could stop acting like a silly thing and ask for another backbone to try.

Remember you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. A nice attitude always gets you further than a crap one :D

Good to hear rapid, mine is cruising at 300 which is always does actually. Just youtube is a bit problematic but i can deal with that.

1: Thank you all-seeing one! Except there is this part where I need to be on IS to do some of the work I do. Thanks all the same.

2: If it's flies you wish to catch, piss and feces work better actually. Over on this side of the screen, however, I am trying to work. Not catch insects.

I have zero problems my side with OpenWeb this month... whoooshing along at 384 fullspeed.

Anyone else on IS having trouble?
 
I think we can all agree that IS gold sucks. Question is, which other backbone supports torrents, the only reason I'm on IS.

I will test some torrents tonight on VB for you. Maybe rapid uses torrents but i doubt it, once you go nzb you cannot go back :D

Gimme a good torrent site please that is decent without password's for all the crap. Nothing worse than all those bloody password torrents
