It's got nothing to do with the exchange. I've been switched from IS to VB and back several times in the last week with varying degrees of poor performance. If I sign into my pre-paid account (via another ISP) my downloads (NNTP/HTTP) jump to full line speeds
 
by non IS account i meant your prepaid/backup account :P

so ya will have to work till you find a backbone for your needs. or another package.
 
Anyone here having issues on VB Uncapped? Having random dropouts from Google Talk and other international sites. Local seems fine. Been very strange in the last few days.

EDIT: Down to 20KB/s - this is not a good start to the weekend.

Same here. VB running at 30% of capacity (1 Mbps account).
 
Yeah something very strange going on with VB the past week or so. For some reason my speeds increased back to normal since this afternoon, which I'm really greatful for :)
 
Don't know why, but latency is through the roof. Yet if I download Im getting full speed. And no Im not downloading while playing online.
 
My gold account on IS has also been pretty crappy so far this weekend. Its starting to remind me of some woman I know. They look great, they wear the right clothes and have perfect bells and whistles but when you get them in the sack, they just not worth it.

Picked up at 21:00 last night to 100... then 200 from 23:00 till this morning :(

My account really does seem to only work during office hours.
