Anyone else using an @openweb.co.za account experiencing minimal to almost no browsing at all? What I find strange is, other services like Skype, GTalk, ftp etc are not affected? Switching to a SAIX account sorts out the problem.

As soon as it hits 5pm, browsing will come back. It seems that local browsing is being shaped & throttled as well.
Just got home and checked my logs...went to 10Kb/s at 5pm yesterday and stayed like that till exactly 5pm today and then shot up to 350+.... odd.
My Speedtest results aren't so great, sigh. 525ms ping. 0.09Mbps download and 0.33Mbps upload. There definitely still seems to be an issue. Perhaps it's location based? I'm in Durban. Seacom made an announcement today that they have restored all their business clients on alternate routes, and should no longer be affected?

Having similar results. Plus my youtube/streaming is broken, that's basically the only thing that only works 24/7 on IS
Anyone having problems accessing certain sites on VB? e.g. MS Download site takes around 10 minutes per page to navigate?
Don't seem to have a speed problem though.
My IS 1Mb Gold Plus is really performing like crap since last night (can not even reach half speed, mostly around 20KB/s)..and this after having performed like crap all day yesterday...anyone else having trouble on IS? it seems to have lost it's off-peak charm for now...

Loving every second of it.

Nice dude going from 384 to 1 meg is insane. VB back to it's good old self, origin working nntp hammering down full speed.
