Hi all,

I was wondering if someone from Openweb could please inform us of when their "New products launching soon" will actually be launched? It has been on the site like that for almost 2 months now.

Any other ISP's got new products coming out due to SEACOM cable going live in SA? If they have new packages, please paste them in the thread, i would love to know!

Thanks in advance!

Archi3 :)

Hi Archi3

As soon as the final piece of the network is installed, we will launch these new packages.

We have finalized pricing, and will make it public shortly.

Thank you for your patience.

Kind regards

Mr.Beep was the happiest man in the world yesterday according to his facebook, must be the Seacom cable.

Had something to do with Telkom FINALLY coming to the party with the IPConnect.

They are playing their normal delaying games.

Well be rested in the fact that you will definitely have customers for your new products when you launch them.

So good(busy) times ahead for you i would say.

Glad to see that those "in the know" are seeing progress with telkom.

I am keen for that 384k uncapped. Glad to see someone catering to the bottom end of the market.

What I would like to see next is an uncapped local only account. Or perhaps a reduced price if you use the uncapped for ~80% local. Something like that.

i also want to join openweb uncapped..so let us know..(currently on telkoms 4mb & 4gb cap) but cap is finished by the 20th!

yea, i'm also half and half curious about openweb's pricing coming up... now that i'm not immigrating, who knows, i'll either stick with Neotel, or jump to Openweb, or whoever provides a decent package at decent speeds at a decent price!
