Opera Mini 6 available for iOS

Installed it on my iPhone and iPad... Been waiting for an update for ages!
 
Pretty disappointing. Page layout is horrible - esp for the forum - and there's no previous/next button when completing forms.
 
Yeah I tried it. Pretty crap compared to Safari. I thought it might be great in low-bandwidth situations. But it's really bad.

It's actually sad. Opera used to be THE mobile browser to use, but it only disappoints on iOS. Sadly, iOS is one of the higher powered devices it runs on! Has so much potential!

Well Opera Mobile, not Opera Mini. Opera Mobile isn't allowed to run on iOS because all browsers except Webkit are banned.
Opera Mini technically isn't a browser then! More like an image reader.

Yeah I would complain about the lack of choice in iOS, but luckily Safari/Webkit is pretty much the best and fastest mobile browser around.
 
I would have kept Opera if it came with ad blocking.
 
Been using Opera Mini since it was released for iOS, works quite well when on 3G and you need to keep data usage down to a minimum. Other that that it is still a cr@p browser.
I'm patiently waiting for Chrome on iOS.
