Was anything mentioned in the sentence about him never being able/allowed to own or use a gun again?
This in my opinion is crucial and we wouldn't had had this if he was had up in the restaurant in the first place.
I bet the restaurant owners feel shyt and they rightfully should.

I think there are a lot of people who might have similar feelings of guilt.

They are not actually responsible for the murder but they must be wondering if they had made a noise would Reeva still be alive.

It's all a matter of perspective. If Oscar met you at some social function I'm sure he wouldn't bother to turn on the charm as he wouldn't be trying to get into your pants Hypothetically speaking, if he did turn on the charm and you both floated that way, you would potentially be blind to him being a dillhole
