I had same symptoms on my line. Turned out to be loose/dry joint on my line between my house and Telkom. Had to log call with Telkom to get is resolved.

First, take English lessons.

Second, post your line stats from your router.

Something seriously wrong with your line. Log a fault with Telkom stating a noisy voice line. DON'T mention ADSL at all

Report that to Telkom, they'll trace where the issue is on the line. Probably a dry joint(bad connection) or water in your actual cable. Not something you can fix urself easily, just log a fault.

dry joint? what u mean ?

There could be a solder joint on a connection on the line that is cracked or not 100% connecting properly. Weather conditions like heat, wind and rain can cause movement on this joint which affects you line stability. But ultimately I reckon you have a bad connection somewhere on your line causing your problems, and unfortunately you don't have much recourse except phoning Telkom.

Are your Telkom lines underground, or on poles?

@Vahooli:
Ask Telkom if they can fix your SNR for you without changing line speeds, because the line is unstable.

Don't be a prick. Not everyone speaks English, and they definitely don't want to be treated badly.

Things like: use a space after a full-stop and capitalization of the word after the full-stop are the same in every language using this alhabet. Also a lack of subjects in sentences so one does not know who it is happening to (although one can guess it is the original poster).

Also Rick still helped out as well.

anyway tnx guys i should talk with telecom office , because my ISP says they cant help me
