Done. We were affected quite badly by Afrihost's problems a while back. Their data center would go down for days at a time.

Done. We've experienced a datacentre outage when power failed to half of the feeds in our datacentre. Luckily it was in the middle of the night, and we've only had that once, fortunately there are measures in place now to prevent it from happening again.
