A while back we moved into a difficult house for WiFi signals. After a few weeks of moving an LTE router around, I hooked up 3 TP-Link Deco S4s, which manage to move signals around the house.
Now I'm trying to extend signals into the garden and outbuildings, with the joys of steep slopes, rock terraces, metre thick rock walls and all sorts of interesting stuff. First prize will be extending WiFi across the property, using something that speaks to the existing mesh network with as little cabling as possible. If not, there are a few possibilities to get cables into strategic areas.
What's options are there to get WiFi coverage extended relatively short distances with plenty of obstacles?
