Hi guys I have a question hopefully you can help?
I have Outlook on desktop that pulls my mail from my domain (Domains.co.za) directly.
I use Gmail also to pull it through as well as Gmail on my phone as its just easier to manage multiple accounts on my domain and then reply using Gmail.
It just works better and is easier.
However, sometimes I reply on Outlook on my desktop.
The issue I now have is those replied mails, do not show up anywhere on Gmail.
Only if I use Gmail or the Gmail app on my phone does Gmail keep or show those mails.
How, if I send using Outlook, would I be able to get Gmail so sync those mails so that if need be I can see them in Gmail. (sent items)?

Thanks

You need to enable IMAP in Gmail and configure Outlook for IMAP and not POP.
Then everything will be the same/synced.

Seems to be working now with imap.gmail.com as SMTP
Not a good method of setup.
POP generally downloads mail from a source and it deletes after a specified period. You can turn off the delete option in Outlook, but to make your life easier, I would rather remove the POP account and setup a normal IMAP Gmail account.
