Hi Guys,
Quick question.
The company is using Microsoft Outlook for there emails and Kapersky Anti-Virus and recently duplicate emails are being sent out. Basically the recipients are receiving the emails more than once. I disable Kapersky and it doesn't seem to have the issue. Been running Kapersky for almost 11months and now suddenly it is doing this. MWEB is the service provider.
The mail scan component is currently disabled, but I don't want to leave it like that. I wanted to know if anybody can perhaps assist me with this.
Its a basic setup, no exchange and Outlook sends out directly with MWEB. Hope I am making sense.
