If your Microsoft Outlook PST file is too large, one may find that once Outlook has been opened, the entire workstation becomes extremely slow.
This software will go through the Outlook data store & remove attachments from messages based on configurable criietria and save them in a separate directory. The default option is to move the attachments to the desired location & replace them with a link. If you access a message which used to have an attachment the link points to the location of the removed attachment which opens as normal.
Once the program has been run, compress the PST file & your Outlook life will be a much happier one.
You may need to run the OutlookSecurityConfigurator (http://www.kopf.com.br/outlook_security/) to enable access to blocked file types.
