Outlook.com account help needed please

Hi guys. I sent an important e-mail and copied in another of my e-mail addresses. The person responded with reply-to-all, but the response only went through to my alternative e-mail address and not to my outlook e-mail. I am now expecting more critical time-sensitive mails over the next few days and am concerned that nothing will come in as they will only be directed to my outlook mailbox.

I have followed e-mail sync support here but none of this helped. I have also received subsequent e-mails after this one that never came through.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
 
Have you checked on outlook.com spam folder? The mail might be in the spam folder and any email client will not necessarily receive it.

I use use the build in mail app in Windows 10 and it works really well with outlook.com no need to fiddle with imap settings ect.

Thanks for the response. I have previously found a mail in spam and marked it as not junk. I am using the Outlook that came with installation of my Office 365. For the life of me I cannot find the reason for this mail not coming through.

Outlook could have have rejected it too if the mail server IP that is was sent from has a poor reputation so might not be an issue on your side maybe just strict spam filters from outlook. Have you tested from a gmail account or any other email account to see if it works?

Login to OWA/365 and see if its there in the inbox or junk folder.
