Outlook mail export

I got a new computer at work, and now I want to move all my mails and contacts from my old pc to the new one. How does one go about exporting mail and contacts in Microsoft Outlook 2007?

Simple. Create a Outlook account on the new mailbox. It will create a file called Outlook.pst.
Find the Outlook.pst in your old setup, copy and paste over, and you should have everything.

Make sure you can see hidden files and folders, otherwise you won't find/see the original PST file.

Your contacts should be there as well. Because they're also stored in the PST.
