I am able to send/receive emails within Office 2007 but when I try to forward something or send a mail with any attachment (pdf etc), the mails get instantly returned with the error message of

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

There is nothing wrong with the mail account or pop/smtp settings.

I suspect it will be faulty configuration on the pc itself.
The laptop in question is an HP running windows 7 (unknown edition).

Wonder why I am having such troubles >.>

I know the mail server etc is working because I tested this from another pc using the same login settings, outlook 2007 and same file attachment

The laptop with the Outlook problems, is using Nod32 antivirus and the rest of the office is using Kaspersky IS 2010 / 2011
But I did try turning off Nod32 antivirus it still didn't resolve the problem.

Also the laptop is connecting to the company network via Wireless, would that have any effect on what is causing this to happen?
