So I'm supposed to sit with that car to.avoid making it someone else's problem??. At the end of the day its that person's decision to take the car or not... it doesn't mean I'm passing the problem to someone else... Another man's trash is another man's treasure.. jeez
I've read the entire thread and I have sort legal advice. OP - I believe you have a strong case to sue.
You should sue the dealership for selling you a defective vehicle. As well as the two muppets who inspected the vehicle on your behalf. It was their duty to point out the defects to you before you bought the vehicle. I also believe you should sue contributors to this thread who have wasted your time. While you respond to silly questions, your car is losing money !
