Park and sell... please help me

You went for a bargain those dodgy dealers sell cars at a low price and low mileage ask yourself why.

I'm done with you judgemental people. I should've done this, I should've done that... I'm tired of explaining the same thing... I didn't just Google and say I'm going there. I didn't go there to buy a Honda... I was looking for a more expensive car initially. Stop assuming I was looking for a bargain... The Honda was on the floor... does it hurt enquiring about another car? Just stop commenting on this cause really everyone is off topic. The car was purchased it's over. I can't reverse it. I asked for a solution not to be judged I'm trying to look forward but typical judging people wanna judge me for something I've never done. Damn

That's painful OP.

Shouldn't there be some sort of a cool off period when it comes to vehicle purchases
There is no cool off period for anything but forced marketing.

Otherwise the retail industry would die a quick death.

What people often fail to understand is that the CPA helps both the consumer and the retailers.

It's not a magical one way street.

You clearly want to make friends quickly.

I'm well versed with the CPA and quite often I can tell you it doesn't univerally apply the same to vehicles.

Also I say again a repair doesn't equal an accident. Especially in your case where it doesn't sound like there is any structural concern.

You are the one contradicting yourself saying it'd unsafe one moment and just cosmetic the next.

So when you've made up your mind and stopped wasting OUR time which you are the one begging for then maybe you'll get the appropriate help.

I doubt it though since it seems even with multiple answers you don't like what you hear and therefore choose to ignore it.

You just fail to understand what I said... oh you feel like I'm wasting your time why are you still commenting?? You clearly claim to know CPA but you dont. The only one it doesn't apply to is to private sales idiot. Go do your homework again before you wanna tell me...

Just sit down

Eh?

Post # 70:

"A refund should not take a company 2 months to do when a car was bought less than a month... There's no such thing. Maybe you've never been conned before that's why you don't know. It's called buying time... how do they blow 75k in less than 2 weeks? How??? And in the beginning BEFORE the car was bought they were dishonest when it was asked if the car was in a accident and they said no It wasn't and covered it by saying it's a repossessed car... like which part of the Original post did you not understand? Cause I made everything clear in the beginning and I wanted to resort another measure as I refuse to wait that long for money..."

Whichever route you go this isn't going to be a quick process.

Although laws are in place that are meant to protect consumers, enforcement can be expensive and time consuming.

File a report with the ombudsman and consumer commission. Not sure what the official names are but you get the just.

Regarding Freeman motors. I've been looking at a lot of online ads as I'm looking for a new car for my wife. I came across a few of their ads and immediately marked them as dodgy in my mind.

Mechanically a Jazz is a solid vehicle that will give you long service. Assuming the accident didn't damage the motor or chassis, the car will serve you well.

Yes it sucks and isn't right that the repair wasn't disclosed. In the event that you have to keep the car for a year or 2, it's a solid car.

If you don't end up getting some recourse for the sale, maybe save for the repair and do it after a year or so. Selling now will put you in a loss position and then you won't be able to pursue the less than honest sale. After a year or 2 your outstanding balance should be close to the resale value.

A question. Was the car inspected by someone before being put on insurance? Most insurers require inspection before putting a car on cover. Did the inspector not pick up the bad repair. It's in their interest to pick it up as the damage won't be covered. If they didn't pick it up, drive the car into a wall softly and claim (please don't I'm just joking)

Removed my post. It's a waist in this thread. OP you got advice and suggestions. Go finish crying and then make a wise decision.

Well tell the rest of these judging people to quit judging me and it will stop.. I'm over it already...

Sad that my fellow men can't even help.. but no harm done.. God will be the judge at the end... So keep it up

Okay come back again after your CPA case went nowhere and tell me how that worked out for you.

By the very nature of this thread you aren't even making use of the CPA and trying to find an alternative solution... I wonder why that is.

The only thing that you can reasonably expect from the dealer in this case is to more adequately repair the vehicle, but even that is a long shot as the supposed "problem" doesn't seem to be a problem at all.

You still haven't explained how you took ownership of this vehicle and were quite happy with it's state until you changed you mind two weeks later.

In before OP says he doesn't have insurance...

I know that... I know... but go read it again
No please I would like you to point out under the CPA exactly which part applies to your case.

More so which part applies specifically to vehicles.

The car would have been provided with a six month after market warranty if they were stressed about the CPA. Then you could claim from that to get a repair done if required.

But you don't want a repair. You want a full refund because you changed your mind...

Look. You marked them as dodgy.. ok... I wanted to see for myself... unfortunately we not the same person and we don't think alike. Yes I made a mistake but I also got deceived as well. Therefore I don't want this car cause it's just a reminder of that... It's just better to get rid of it and start over. I already emailed the ombudsmen and speak out... I did most things people suggested however I can't let that car sit there for months while I wait and I refuse to drive it knowing what I know. I'd rather walk it take a taxi

It's only been two weeks and I haven't taken insurance. Once I get a new car I will. I don't wanna pay for something I hate.. please understand

You are a very special snowflake to have such deep feelings about a car that reminds you of being deceived...which is yet to be proven.

The car wasn't necessarily in an accident. Or the salesperson genuinely wasn't aware of it.

Get over yourself.

OK, sorry you were offended by not giving the answer you wanted. Here is the answer you wanted:

I suggest you make the same mistake again and use a company that deals in a similar manner to sell your vehicle. It will be a great choice and you will sell it quickly and hopefully without any issues. It really sucks when sharks bite you in the back. Really hope you get you money back. All of the best for you, keep us updated how the sale went.

..... she. And I sincerely hope you're wrong.
Nope I was on the money.

It's only been two weeks and I haven't taken insurance. Once I get a new car I will. I don't wanna pay for something I hate.. please understand

I can see these patterns a mile away.

It's all in that *** attitude and feeling ostensibly wronged while going about it completely the wrong way.

Did you read the part that says that a car dealership that sells second hand cars are suppose to disclose any defects to the buyer before the sale is done.. And if the buyer agrees and later wants to return they have no foot to stand on because they were made aware of the defects. So DEFECT means it was in an accident which wasn't disclosed... how in the hell are they suppose to fix that? I didn't change my mind sweetheart. The truth always comes out
