Park and sell... please help me

Well I'm sorry for being clueless..but its only my first time buying a vehicle.. I don't have family to help me, I don't have reliable people to assist me in buying a vehicle. Yes I fell for their lies but they broke the law...

It's already been inspected that's how I know what's the problem with the car. I wanna sell it due to deceit. I don't want it. If you have nothing useful to say don't bother commenting... Don't act like you know everything... your children could be in the same situation one day even worse so don't judge others

Well you are on this forum now that you were conned asking for advice, why couldn’t you also post here about your car hunting so we could help you out since you don’t know anything about buying cars? *♂️

Also why is it your responsibility to sell the car when you were lied to in the first place, take the car back and get your money back. Or lawyer up if they try funny things. The more time you waste the more leverage they are gonna have . So act fast

As much as you need transport, you need to focus on returning the car and getting your money back.

If you financed the vehicle then report this to the bank.

Also contact https://www.miosa.co.za

And start the process of suing immediately.

Also name and shame this dealership.

It would really help us understand the extent and nature of the damage. Can you post some specific information.

It may be a better option for you to spend some cash redoing the repair to your liking.

Don't be scared off by an accident damaged car. Obviously the way it was hidden sucks. My car has had 2 front repairs totalling almost R200k, yet it is still one of the cleaner examples of the car around.

have you got any pictures to back up your statement the repairs was not done properly?

also you wanting to sell the car makes no sense, your claim is with the seller which is a no brainer if the car is damaged as you say it is

Do you want me to email you The pictures to prove to you? Don't you understand that the seller is dragging the thing a lot. The seller wants me to wait a month or 2 for a 75k refund. Do you think that's a honest truthful person. No

Just bear in mind that if you hand your vehicle over to a "dealer" to sell your insurance will in most likely invalidate any claims.

OMG it's that easy taking the car back and getting my money back.... Why didn't I think of that..... cumon man for real? You don't know the type of people I'm.dealing with... They f..king me around telling me to wait until month end or next month end before I can get my money. Do you think I have such time. Everyday the value of the car drops and the longer I wait for them the less money I get... .

As for car hunting I need a physical human being next to me with the next car I buy who actually knows what they doing... I'm gonna buy a new car. Second hand doesn't work for me

Thank you. I've already done that and the car was bought cash

Well I'm happy your car is fixed. But I don't even know how the accident happened, how badly the car was damaged cause that info was never disclosed to me. All I know is the repairs aren't don't proper as the front looks ok but if you look really good you'll see the entire front was redone at a cheap price or by a person who didn't know what they were doing.

Look it doesn't need much work but I don't wanna I put my money in that car because I hate it

I'm not making it someone else's problem... I don't want this vehicle anymore due to be lied to.. I feel like it endangers my life and my son's life... this car was overpriced and I just want to recover my money I spent on a peace of trash.. I hate this car and want to get rid of it. If someone wants it they can take it. Doesn't mean it's their problem now
It wasn't overpriced when you forked over the money for it...

Sounds more like buyers remorse for a lack of research.

Did you buy it sight unseen?

So I'm supposed to sit with that car to.avoid making it someone else's problem??. At the end of the day its that person's decision to take the car or not... it doesn't mean I'm passing the problem to someone else... Another man's trash is another man's treasure.. jeez
Just like it was your decision to buy this car is it stands for the price offered in the first place...

So take the loss if you can't deal with that.

We Buy Cars need to sell it again do would offer less. They'll probably sell it for 75k again so that's its true worth then.

I didn't go to a park and sell the first time. I bought the car at a dealership. It's my first time considering going to a park and sell. The park and sell said I should give them 900 to fix the exterior. I mentioned this earlier. Then it will be in good condition.

There's nothing wrong internally with the car. It's the exterior that's an issue.. I said earlier too it wasn't repaired nicely. So I don't want this car.. I want another car..
So how it is unsafe then as you claimed earlier.

Simply have it fixed and keep it if it bothers you that much.

Or ignore it and carry on.

Why do I see this as buyer's remorse or not getting the full story here because your statements are all very conflicting or at the very least illustrate a fundamental lack of understanding as to how this all works.

Yet you bought it like this without an issue...

Also repair work does not equal an accident.

Lol OP I think we all been in this situation you buy a toy for two weeks, you excited then booom you see a new, toy but sadly you broke and realise you can't afford it.

So you try all your best to get rid of your old toy unfortunately it's not easy buddy. Learn to love your car man if you not happy with the front work get a new bumper it's cheap. It's your first car man learn to drive then after that you can think of something new and flashy.

That’s why I said lawyer up or you are never seeing your refund.

A 2013 jazz with 50k miles on it for R75k should have been the first red flag, looks like you wanted a bargain and you got bitten now you want us to find solutions for you. No way Jose.

Except doing that will probably negate any money made from the refund...if it even happens.

Oh, I was hoping he “joined” clientele or legal wise

I suggest he learns how to love his new Jazz or he can gooi it here if he doesn’t want it. I will take it off his hands for free

Brush up on your knowledge of the Consumer protection act and get back to me... don't make assumptions and waste my time k

That's painful OP.

Shouldn't there be some sort of a cool off period when it comes to vehicle purchases

The fact that you compared my situation to a toy is pathetic. I will not accept and love a car that was sold to me under false pretenses... You can do that by all means and let society walk all over you. Me I will not... Brush up on the Consumer protection act and get back to me.

That's why crime remains high in this country because you people let things go quickly. Wait till it happens to you then you see. It's not your money, it's my money so I don't need your advice. I will never pay for something I hate and that car is a product of deception which I will not pay for. I don't pay for lies
