Thank you. Someone who actually knows. What they did was unlawful period. By law a second hand car dealerships are suppose to disclose any defects to the buyer before the purchase like it was in an accident previously. If the buyer accepts then they can continue with the sale. That's what CPA says... So they played me and won't get away with it.. And then the rest of these fools want me to just accept this crap... I just can't. I'm.not one to settle for less... I like the jazz before finding out it was an accident. I would have never bought it if they complied with the law and told me the truth about the car

There's a 7 days cooling off period but that applies to change of heart.
Vehicle purchases will also fall under the standard 6 month CPA warranty.
Luckily this situation falls under the 6 months warranty.

Fine. They called Freeman cars... They in Johannesburg. And reason why I asked you guys is to help decide over a park and sell. If someone has done it before...maybe someone has been in my situation previously. Someone to lend a helping hand that's why... lawyers don't always know everything so it doesn't hurt asking more
A refund should not take a company 2 months to do when a car was bought less than a month... There's no such thing. Maybe you've never been conned before that's why you don't know. It's called buying time... how do they blow 75k in less than 2 weeks? How??? And in the beginning BEFORE the car was bought they were dishonest when it was asked if the car was in a accident and they said no It wasn't and covered it by saying it's a repossessed car... like which part of the Original post did you not understand? Cause I made everything clear in the beginning and I wanted to resort another measure as I refuse to wait that long for money...

Lets be serious here dude freeman cars run a business, so yes they can blow R75 000 within a month or a week. The are bills to be paid and buying new stock.
I'm starting to think the is nothing seriously wrong with your car, you were expecting more from the car unaware it's a mommy's car.
How did you discover the car was involved in an accident in the first place, did someone just say your car was in an accident and pointed the damage.
From what I got the car mechanical it's fine as you said, can you post pictures of the damage you are talking about.

Freeman cars belonging to one of those dodgy car dealers, you should have done a research before buying from them. I just google them personally I wouldn't buy from them.
If you think you have a case hold on to the car, see how thinks will unfold after 2 months. But if don't think you will win this battle, just accept that you made a bad financial mistake sell the car and move on with life. Like I said don't be hell bent on getting R75000 even if you get R69000 it's not bad.
But please post pictures so we can see the damage you are talking about.

Okay so can you show us pics to see how you and your accomplice missed the repaired areas during the inspection at the dealership before you bought the car and also how did you find out about the previous damage?
Also the salesman said the car was repossessed so maybe he doesn’t know the full history of the car either *
. As soon as a salesman says repossessed and R75k for a 2013 Jazz I would have walked away right then. So many red flags here and you would be a fool not to see them.
Maybe you should contact Speak Out . There I gave you a solution

She went and got a friend who clearly doesn’t know anything about cars to help her look and buy a car. Why would anyone do that. Especially for someone who
Resides in Joburg. She should have known better.

You clearly want to make friends quickly.
I'm well versed with the CPA and quite often I can tell you it doesn't univerally apply the same to vehicles.
I think you are the one who needs to brush up on the CPA or get a reality check soon. It's not there for you to magically change your mind two weeks after you clearly accepted a car that you were quite happy with.
Also I say again a repair doesn't equal an accident. Especially in your case where it doesn't sound like there is any structural concern.
You are the one contradicting yourself saying it'd unsafe one moment and just cosmetic the next.
So when you've made up your mind and stopped wasting OUR time which you are the one begging for then maybe you'll get the appropriate help.
I doubt it though since it seems even with multiple answers you don't like what you hear and therefore choose to ignore it.
